Program Nature: Non-cash credits with no cash value, not redeemable for cash. Not a scholarship, loan, or financial advice.
No Profit Expectation: Credits are utility credits only. Do not accept with expectation of profit or appreciation.
Non-Transferable: Credits may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged outside Yan Money. Attempted transfer = forfeiture.
Redemption: 90 days from notification. Unused credits expire.
Selection: Rubric-based (goals 25, fit 25, effort 20, impact 20, readiness 10).
Publicity: Winners agree to be featured. Privacy requests accommodated.
Rights: Sponsor may verify eligibility, disqualify entries, modify or pause program.
Future Public Release: We plan to expand Yan Money Coin utility, including exploring a broader public release. This Creator Fund is separate from any future token release and is not an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any security or digital asset. Any future release would be subject to applicable laws and regulations.
